1. Eligibility & Timeframes

  Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
• All Other Apparel
  Refund requests must be submitted no later than 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition Requirements
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that show signs of wear or damage.

2. How to Request a Return

  3. Follow the prompts to select the item(s) and provide a reason.

3. Return Pickup

• After approval, pickup is scheduled within 2–3 business days.
• Please have the item packed and ready.

4. Inspection & Refund

   • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
   • Allow 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

5. Non-Refundable Items & Exceptions

• Items marked “Final Sale”.
• Gift cards and digital downloads.
• Items not in original condition or missing tags.

1. Delivery Timeline

• Orders are delivered within 2–3 business days from the confirmation date across Egypt
• Delays may occur during public holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control.

2. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

• However, you must accept or refuse the entire order upon delivery.
• Partial acceptance is not allowed.
  If you do not accept the full order, the courier will return the entire shipment.

3. Package Inspection Before Payment

• You are allowed to open and inspect your package in the presence of the courier before making payment.

4. Courier Contact Attempts

• Our shipping partner will attempt to contact you twice to complete the delivery.
  
• If you are unreachable after two attempts, the order will be marked as undeliverable and returned.
