  Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
• All Other Apparel
  Refund requests must be submitted no later than 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition Requirements
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that show signs of wear or damage.

2. How to Request a Return

   • Allow 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

5. Non-Refundable Items & Exceptions

• Items marked “Final Sale”.
• Gift cards and digital downloads.

  If you do not accept the full order, the courier will return the entire shipment.

3. Package Inspection Before Payment

• You are allowed to open and inspect your package in the presence of the courier before making payment.

• If you are unreachable after two attempts, the order will be marked as undeliverable and returned.
