1. Eligibility & Timeframes

• Swimsuits
  For Hygiene. purposes, Swimsuits are non-refundable. 
• All Other Apparel
  Refund requests must be submitted no later than 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition Requirements
  1.Items must be returned in the original packaging.
  2.Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  3.We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that show signs of wear or damage.

2. How to Request a Return

  Log in to your account on our website.
  Navigate to “My Orders” > “Request Return.”
  Follow the prompts to select the item(s) and provide a brief reason for your return.

  Send your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return to:

3. Return Pickup

• After your return is authorized, our shipping partner will schedule a pickup within 2–3 business days.
  
• Please ensure the item is packed securely and ready for collection on the agreed date.

   Once we receive your returned item(s), our Quality Assurance team will inspect them to confirm they meet our condition requirements.
   
2. Refund Processing
   Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
   Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  If you do not accept the full order, the courier will return the entire shipment.

3. Package Inspection Before Payment

• You are allowed to open and inspect your package in the presence of the courier before making payment.

• Our shipping partner will attempt to contact you twice to complete the delivery.
  
• If you are unreachable after two attempts, the order will be marked as undeliverable and returned.
